The view from the Home End

I have to say I am little bit shocked about how pessimistic the home fans are for this game. I know they had a little bit of a knock back over the festive season, but they still sit on top of the table. I guess we will only truly see what the teams are made of (both us and them) when the New Year games kick in. I would like to end this year on a high, and yes, that means three points.

So, for the last time in 2015…COME ON CITY !!!

My favourite

Man City will always be a tough game for us regardless. It’s not always about how you win, sometimes it’s about how you lose. This is a great opportunity to see what this team is made of.

And the rest…

Can we rebound? ….Today’s game will have taken a lot out of us, whilst Citeh had a stroll around against hapless Sunderland!

Big chance of back to back defeats.

0-2 – The collapse continues

Wont be the same performance against Man City.   There is every chance we might lose, but I don’t think we will put in the same kind of performance regardless than we did today. I think a draw personally.

We had one poor game guys, bit of perspective here…I’m going for 1-1

Man City can be ruthless and the way we are defending this season I can’t see anything but a loss. Hopefully this loss today picks everyone up as they looked very flat today

With Kompany injured i think we have a good chance of a win, our attack can’t be any worse than today

Man City at home is better than Liverpool at Anfield. It was like a cup final for them today. They just set up better than us. Simple.

Vardy and Mahrez must be rested.. They looked so tired today..

Keep dreaming. We can beat these

The team half assed today. A result against Man City is now imperative. No result on Tuesday makes today’s loss look ever worse

After their 4-1 win today, they’re going to have confidence heading into Tuesday’s game I’d have thought. Anything from the game would be a very decent response following our 1-0 defeat today.

got a good feeling about this game, I think we will have them …3-1 LCFC .

fingers crossed de bruyne is not playing I reckon he is our biggest threat

‘m usually quite pessimistic, but got a feeling we’ll beat Man City. We’re back at home with a pissed up, rowdy evening crowd behind us who will carry us over the line. The players will be hurt and demand a response off each other. Just when everyone thinks we’ve stumbled, we’ll put on a show and make people sit up again and really take us seriously. I don’t think Man City are that great and are definitely beatable. I’m going for a famous 3-0 win for us and a very happy new year.

One more to go from the 6 “big Rocks” fixtures where everybody were expecting Leicester to drop lot of points and the lead… Well Leicester is still on top collected 10pts from the last 5 games 3W, 1D, 1L, while United got only 2pts! Not bad, Not bad at all.

This is the same Man City that were awful against Stoke, drew at Villa, and scraped an injury time win against Swansea. Yes, they can be devastating. But they can also be very average. Why do we always build up every opponent like they are the combined 11 of Barca and Bayern Munich?

I’d like to see Inler start in a midfield three.

They will go right through us like a steam train. It will be easy for them. 0-4 at least.

we’re at home…must win

This is such a big game, loose and we are almost guaranteed to go third. (Arsenal home to Bournemouth)

One of Vardy or Mahrez needs a rest this match, with the obvious evil consequences being faced. I think we’ll lose anyway so would be prepared to run some risks with this match – but talk of collapse is entirely premature. Everyone loses sometimes…..

Mancs confident, understandable due to how fantastic they’ve been away from home lately……oh wait

Man City play with their centre backs up on the halfway line. Surely their gung ho approach will play into our hands?

Think our downfall will really start against city, we’ll get spanked I reckon

Everyone has done great up to this point… not having depth of squad is going to show in the next few games. I don’t think Okazaki has it, I’d prefer to see Kramaric start. I can see City getting this one, but it isn’t the end of the world. This time last year we were bottom!! Dare to dream , yes, but don’t cry if we get beat by the likes of Man City. Klopp did a great job of reading how Leicester play and used the 442 against us, neutralizing our attack….

You could go 4-4-2 and replace Oka with Ulloa. I think with Riyad firing, Drinky and Kante in the middle and the confidence of the defense we can get away without Vardy for a game or 3. Would much rather not have him now for a few games than play him when he shouldn’t be as such being very ineffective or worse yet pick up a worse injury because of the numerous knocks he’s apparently carrying.

Looks like Vardy is out for man city game according to sky sports news

We’re fvcked if Vardy is out. His sheer persistence and hard work alone is a key attribute to our game, something Kramaric and Ulloa can’t/don’t do. Okazaki does but not like the same quality as Vardy.

Ranieri knows what he’s doing. 3-0 and top of the league for new year…

Sky reporting that vardy is fit. Drinkwater back in training. Back to full strength. Let’s **** this lot over.

No no no no no no no, no no no no ,no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no there’s no dandruff.
