The scoreboard shows the final score of Manchester United 1-6 Manchester City

This is the last Manchester Derby for The Count, and I am hoping that he wants to go out with a bang. Realistically, I can see a draw on the horizon.  I can’t say that I feel confident for this one, and based on all the comments here and predictions, we are favourites to take the points. That never ends well. I am going to pass on some advice to MCFC that was given to my by a senior manager on my first day in a new job. He put his arm around me and said…”Don’t fuck it up”

COME ON CITY !!!

Team Selection

My Favourite

I’m glad I’ll miss it because of work, fecking losing to Liverpool and City in a space of 10 days

And the rest…

It’s a miracle we’re 6th how shite we’ve been.

Would be a huge leap for 4th place if we beat them. Unfortunately we won’t beat them, no matter how shite City have been.

City will win 3-0. Sickens me to say it, I’m tired of kidding myself though…Van Gaal is killing the club. Woodward and the Glazers are sitting there and watching him do it. Its disgusting.

Aguero vs Blind…Good night.

Easy City win.

Let’s just say I’ll be captaining Aguero in my dream team this week.

What’s the point.

God help us.

They’ll walk it.

How are we supposed to win when we can’t score? Barely tested Mignolet and scored from a penalty in a game where we needed a minimum of three goals to go through…

I want us to get a result more so it hurts their chances of top 4 than i do for any benefit for us. Probably pretty small time, but our season is done, and the only positive that can really come out of it now is if somehow City manage to blow top 4. The wont, and theyll beat us, but still …one can hope.

Two shit teams, but at least one team tries to play normal attacking football…2-0 to City

LvG will set up the team for us to have a draw.

City look ropey. They’ve also not beaten any of the current top 8 this season. Our record in the big games is mostly good. I see us getting a result…We have to really. They are 4 pts ahead with a game in hand. They are the side we’re aiming to catch up with. Top 4 will over if we fail to win I reckon. They’ll be 7 ahead, and their game in hand is against Newcastle. So, 10 pts ahead…Kompany is out. Otamendi might be too. Yaya is doing his usual strop already. Silva hasn’t looked fit for ages and Aguero is hot and cold. Let’s fecking do ’em.

We can’t even score from open play, we’ll get 1 penalty, tops. City to win 3-1.

Kompany missing the game is irrelevant. Whoever replaces him is sufficient to deal with impotent attack. On the other end i see their attack running havoc in front of DDG’s goal. 3:0 City.

The only saving grace for this is their defence all out injured. I think this will be a close game with someone making a big cock up allowing the other team to score.

Would love us to nick fourth spot and see Pep managing in Europa. Jose would love that. I’m sure he’ll have a dig if he manages us one day.

Comfortable win for City.

I wouldn’t be surprised if LVG pulls a win out of this. Every time the writing’s been on the wall for him, he picks up an important win to give himself just a little bit more breathing room.

Fellaini will play and we will lose

We haven’t won using our first team for 5 matches.

Against Sunderland we had our first team – who lost.

Then we had 4 games where we played lots of U21s players.

Then our first teamers all returned and we played 4 games (2 x losses, 2 x draws).

I have no faith in our first team players and I can’t see them beating MCFC. The loser mentality is so engrained into them, that they can’t help it.Basically we are now at a point, where we were with Moyes’ MUFC – the morale was very low and the mentality was negative.

Probably be a draw or City win by 1-0. City drew their last league game goalless with Norwich. We are even more shite in comparison but these matches tend to disappoint for everyone more often than not.

The only thing that will effected the score is how many City want to score. We are going to get whopped and I’d be surprised if Hart needs to turn up: my guess is one shot on target

Should play very attacking with no Kompany, just try to outscore them. Chances of that happening?

I don’t wanna be negative, but even though they’ve been shite lately they’re a lot better than us.This one is definitely our season. If we can win, we’re right back in it for top 4. If we lose, season officially over, give LVG his marching orders and then just go all-out attack in the final 8 matches. If we get housed by our city rivals this weekend, thus eliminating us from any real chance of CL next year, I see no possible way in which LVG isn’t fired on Monday.

City have been dreadful against the top 8 this season. We will win this game sparking hope for the fans yet again…

I keep seeing comments stating city are going to smash us but last time I checked they are without Kompany and debruyne while we have most of our important players back. I can either see a 1 – 0 win for us or 0-0 draw…City haven’t been that impressive for christ sake. Get it together guys.

Our first team players are specialists at getting losses and draws.

And our away form is pretty bad…Based on this, a loss is the most likely result.

Last straw for both LVG and our CL hopes.

Dead rubber derby.
