Yaya is not bothered at all, Barry is even getting around the pitch quicker. We are sorely lacking any spark if Silva is not on form pulling the strings.Nasri really needs to start making a telling contribution to the side.Even when he looked poor last season he was at least registering a few assists.

They know he's a decent striker, but their heads go down as soon as they realise who's on the teamsheet, because they know he won't be on the same wavelength. This then spreads through the whole team. This attitude was obvious from the off today, as Everton started way better than us. Good job Kompany is back to his near best.
If Aguero & Tevez are both fit, they should start. Aguero, Tevez, Silva & Nasri, with Yaya supporting, is a joy to behold, and you can tell they enjoy their football when this is the combo. Stick Dzeko in there and it all falls ti shit. We know it, they know it. You want the best players available playing with you.
We'll still win the title, despite the fact that Mancini is a stubborn, stubborn man.

why Yaya is the deeper of the two i will never understand. Barry's passing is debatable, his goal scoring record
is absurd, he's not quick enough to go forward and then get back, and he is not at all creative. the fact that
for the last couple of games he's been the more forward of the barry-yaya pairing is ridiculous. putting
all barry's deficiencies aside, yaya is clearly the better player and excels when he is forward..and barry
is better at sitting right in front of the central defense. i just don't get why Barry is the more advanced one
and for fuck's sake, he's even taken some corners.
he needs to be told not to go into the opponent's 18-yard box unless it's a set piece

Bobby need to go back to being the boss. All this chopping and changing to keep players happy is disrupting the squad. It's no surprise that we won every game at the end of last season playing the same team week in week out. We need to get back to starting the best team every game in the PL

Nasri put a great shift in & did ok. No worse than anyone else.
None of our attacking players are playing even close to their best. It needs Mancini to either sort it, or if it's not sortable, ie they can't play together consistantly, sell some of them & replace them with inspired signings & failing either of those two outcomes; go himself & let somebody else see if they can sort it.
There is no way such a set of players should be so lacking in ideas after playing together for this length of time. If not for Dzeko's goals as a desperate last throw of the dice, we would be nowhere. It isn't working.
