Haaland produced, finally, but Liverpool should have been 3 nil before we scored. Our second half was poor compardd to the first but that was the first time this season we came back and fought our way to a win. Should have been 3-1 if not for another poor decision

Murderers expected goals for the whole game was 1.21. Why do you think they should have been 3 up?

They missed 2 great chances which 9/10 they would have scored from, they were dominating with 70% of the possession when they scored. We didnt produce anything of not up to that point in the second half.
Why look at the whole game stat. We dominated first half but didnt score. A rare event in recent times for us to come back like we did. Even rarer at Anfield.

That 3rd goal would have put the dippers below Brentford into 7th place. Gutted they found an excuse to chalk it off.

Dont give a toss about stats and domination. We needed to win, through grit and character. We stepped up and hopefully this will kick start us into a good run.

Were the Liverpool players offside or just in offside positions? If they didn't become active (etc) then the lino is correct to not raise his flag isn't he? But if they became active they 100% should be flagged offside. I have noticed the same and it is baffling. Indeed, didn't one of our players (most likely Stones) injuring himself covering when the linesman should have flagged?

Blob pulled him back, the ref played advantage. As soon as Haaland fouled Blob the ref was no longer permitted to play the advantage so had to call it back for the first foul. The ball had not crossed the line at that point so was rightly disallowed.
