Jesus is a squad player (he accepts this) and will be very hard to replace. He never complains, will run until he drops, etc... I would keep him.

Sterling can go. We cannot rely on him. He gets himself into deadly positions but cannot pull the trigger. At his age this is unlikely to improve. We just cannot afford that, it has cost us in the past and will again in the future. He was at it again on Wednesday. Also Sterling will never see himself as a squad player, he views himself as an elite player and wants to be paid accordingly. If he could finish he would be an elite player but he cannot so he needs to move on.
