Guys, just checked the bbc football site and the headline is "Superb Man City overwhelm Man utd in semi final first leg".

Did they change the headline, or were people just giving out about what he headline could be?

As per ever

Who can forget the 30-odd moves at te beginning of a match OT with a funeral 'and Dzeko has scored' barely breaking the silence?

Love this. These guys clearly bleed blue and you know they will run through a brick wall for the cause. They have to be part of what we do for the next decade, even if it’s only as squad bit part players. These types of guys rarely let you down

If you look at the rags they had John O'Shea, Wes Brown, Darren Fletcher, Ole, all squad players but knew their place and played for the rags for years. We need players like that.

Exactly. Mentioned in a thread last week that the Academy should be providing these squaddies, leaving the chequebook clear to sign the superstars. I’m a a massive believer in this. £60M for Cancelo? Is he that much better than what we had in Danilo or a lad in the Academy?

The Academy is now starting to pad out the squad which is exactly what we want. Pep has already said that the youngsters get in on merit and are not given free passes so those that are in and around the squad should start to see more game time. Got to think that Foden should pretty much start next season and then for instance, Doyle should then move up and we then bring the next prospect in to the fringes etc. I'm a big fan of this if they are good enough they will slways give more

Harword was at county the other week. Dad is director or something like that. Hope hes not a county fan lol.

Also saw reds trying to slur him about a youth opposition saying he was bragging about £££. Fuck off manure.

Absolutely love the vids we need more of this. Love doyle.

And I expected this of mendy the first time he got injured when he was all talk. Not once.

SkySports reporting that one of our own fans has been banned from football for "racially abusing Sterling"

When you look at the article it says he was celebrating a goal and admits using racist language. I'd image he said "my N*gga" or something similar if he's celebrating a goal for his own team.

I wouldn't class it as "racial abuse" but definitely using offensive language.

Saw that earlier today.. Article said it was from December 2018.. Does it take that long to issue punishment? It did make me wonder what was said, as fellow fans allegedly reported it. If you can't contain your excitement in public in a way that won't offend, stay at home.

Yeah I'd like to know what the guy said to "racially abuse" his own player after he scored. It just doesn't make sense.
