Two counter attacking team sitting back and waiting for the other one to make a mistake they can pounce on.
Or two teams with strong attacks and dodgy defending.

What will we see today? This will either be a crazy 4-4 game or a snorefest.

Yes. For back pass to the keeper.
It's given for obstruction as well.
