Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Just watched the first half hour again there on my lunch break, there's constant noise from City fans, in fact about 1min20 on the clock and 'come on City' can clearly be heard, the BT commentator even remarks that City fans are playing their part in "the wall of noise".

Its sporadic...thats the fuckign problem with our fans.
The semi final has to be rocking from 1st to 90th minute.

Agree but for Cuntmouth to claim that City fans didn't start singing until the 76th minute is just utter bullshit.

Here's one for you all, So my pals have a box in the CB Stand. After the game 10ish my mate goes to the loo, before hitting town. In the bogs are Ginola
Camel gob and Shay Given. Camel is in the cubicle and Ginola using a urinal. My pal asks David if he enjoyed that, Ok you enjoy your night he threw back all stroppy pants he then nudged / pushed said pal into the urinal with a your a funny guy comment. No need for that mate says my pal laffing at the situation and the sneeky push .
Camel Gob comes out of the cubical and my pal asks him if he was looking for a window. Shay pissed his sides laughing and Camel job just washed his hands & walked out with nothing to say.

He'd have to buy two plane tickets. One for him and one for his tan.

Flicked on to Atletico v Barca. Must say the fans are making a lot of noise, whistling still the opposition and cheering their sides every pass. Whether it's because it's an all Spanish affair I don't know, but it does make us last night second rate, sad to say

The atmosphere last night was fantastic.....for one of our home matches.
The atmosphere last night compared to European fans was not even comparable. We are like a stadium full of geriatrics and middle class prawn sandwich eaters in comparison.

Maybne that's what happens if a lot of the grass roots fans are priced out of it.

Hmmmmm! Last night was the best atmosphere of the season. Doesn't say much for those that are usually there, but weren't last night.

I wish I could go more, but the games I have been to are generally flat. Pretty much waiting to be entertained.
Maybe we should try playing crowd noises through the sound system....

Most grounds are flat. It's not us.....it's a few years since Roy Keane talked about the prawn sandwich brigade. It's how football has evolved.
