I enjoyed the match - I thought we were showing signs of the 'old' City in our previous game and this just built on it.

Mustn't get carried away but Delph always looked a bargain. Now he looks like the bargain of the summer window.
In fairness to Phil Thomson he sounded genuinely excited at Silva's goal. Jeff Stelling couldn't have cared less.

Hopefully it sets us up nicely to rip everton to fucking pieces in midweek.
I'm very happy with the job the lads did today.

Big performance from yaya when he came on too.
Maybe we were spoilt a couple of tears back with all the goals, but when he came on you could see what he offers. Always moving the ball, always looking for space. Proper engine. As sub appearances go, a solid 8 or 9 out of ten for me.

That's it. Keep clean sheets and let's quietly go about putting a run together. Let's build a bit of momentum and get everyone back enjoying their football and chomping at the bit, to put a few in the media straight.

Very good performance all round. Thought delph and fern2 were both excellent a proper midfield two.
Yaya on as a sub, that's his role.

We were struggling first half and got two sloppy goals. Ian was a nuisance around the box for them to deal with but little guile or creativity.
Delph and Zabba were very good, Yaya made an instant difference when he came on but I would have preferred Nach to stay on and Fernando to go. I thought he was poor again as was KDB. Nobody was getting their foot on the ball and controlling the midfield. Fortunately that changed with Yaya coming on.
Palace looked pretty and maybe deserved a little more for their enterprise, they were always a threat from set pieces.
And we got away with a good handball penalty shout. Dann is still a dirty twat.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

Piccs. Unless you were at the game and could see more than me, watching on TV. But I honestly didn't think Fernando had a bad game. KDB I'd agree with. He has become a bit sloppy of late.

Just got back. It was absolutely freezing!! Enjoyed the match though.
Delph is a decent player. Nice to see him play, and play well. Ian was a nuisance for Palace in the first half and showed some good link up play with Silva and Sergio. Nice to see Zaba back and looking fairly decent.
I though Kolarov was brilliant as usual in the first half. Any news on what happened to him? I'm worried.

He did his calf apparently. I thought he played well too. Bizarre when he kicked the ball out and then everyone just carried on. Why did he not go down in the first place and get treatment? Delph was excellent too today

Fernando and Delph were excellent. I really think Delph can get better, excited about him if he can stay fit.
