Both of you went for a Stoke win.
Curious why - Stoke are better than they are given credit for, no faith in City team spirit, MP selection, etc...
Coul you let us know why?
Oh were both massive Stoke fans. We only come on here as they haven't got the internet yet in Staffordshire.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Loved Stoke as long as I can remember. Problem is City have been playing poorly for a long time now and Stoke have been in good form. They were able to play the way they wanted i.e. with a solid defence give us limited time on the ball in key ears and then break at pace. City are open when reams go quickly at us and it's no surprise that LPool (with Milner in to confirm the best way tobeat us) and Stoke sorted us out easily. Its what I expected.
Plus I though MP wouldnt get the side right.

Welcome Ruralblue, and congrats on the points.
We're always glad to have perspective from other clubs' supporters on here (except for TGR).

Thanks I finally got a welcome after 10 years of posting!
Serious answer as to why I thought we'd lose the game is the amount of injuries to key players, Pellers stubbornness of changing the set up and the fact we often have struggled at the Potteries. I just had one of them bad feelings about it. Don't get them often but yesterday I just knew we would lose. Lottery predictions available via request!

Well we got away with it this weekend big time, a couple of weekends results have gone our way when we failed to deliver so maybe just fucking maybe we can sort our shit out and win the bloody league. Starting this coming weekend I hope as im bring my nephews to their very first game, they were born and raised in South Africa after my sister moved there (she got sky and brought them up as city fans) so Fingers crossed its not a let down as it's costing me a bloody fortune lol

Thanks guys.
Both of you thought (correctly) that setup/tactics would be so bad it would Cause to a defeat.
That leads back to MP and coaching staff.
So without our 4 best players (Kompany, Yaya, Silva (match fit)
and Kun) to mask the bad tactics/setup we are in trouble?
