Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Thank fuck they've finally realised that they bought in on the cheap to make money from the global name. What FSG weren't prepared for was the actual costs they'd have to incur to take them back to the top, especially when Rogers basically wastes a couple of hundred million.
But why should he have to win against everton away to keep his job? The answer is, he didn't, the Dippers have already got their new man in place.
There's a rumour they already have 'his' (whoever it is) house prepared and ready for him.

I hear Sunderland have an opening.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Forget to mention, it is at this time that my thoughts and feelings go out to James Milner and his family.

I believe their next manager has been lined up......Ken Dodd. There are lots of references to them finishing second and nearly winning the league but "first is first and second is nowhere" as our ex player Bill Shankley used to say. I cannot bring myself to watch the dippers but if Jimmy has been playing in centre mid then he is in for a shock when Ken takes over, even he will see Jimmy just can't do that. Still, Jimmy has a 5 year deal to profit from.

He should be arrested really. Just over £300m spent in 3 years and not one trophy. Has anyone ever flopped to that degree before.

I would like to join the Liverpool board in thanking Brendan for his efforts over the past two seasons, and extend my heartfelt wish that he turns up as manager of one of our rivals very soon.
