I don't get what is to worry about. Golden chance to give Nacho a decent chance. Such an exciting prospect should be something to look forward to, not dread.

The cut is 6-7cm in length apparently. I'm guessing it's a short term boot, to protect it til the stitches hold. Unless it's Bony being a drama queen.
