If we manage to offload the French coward this window for me that'll be almost as good as signing Messi.
FFS Mase you are as biased against nasri as much as you are pro kolarov
Can't forgive a player that turns his back when he's stood in the wall on derby day to let the winner go in. Massive massive coward.

Just to name two very important games. He is given a rough ride imo.

He wasn't great that night until he scored with that superb strike. Pretty ordinary I recall.

The Chelsea 2-1 as well.
Even though I think he is a talented player, whose qualities (ball retention being the major one that does get overlooked frequently by fans) have contributed to our success in recent years, it's telling that the general perception seems to be that the number of his exceptional displays can be counted on one hand.
If his wages and attitude align, I wouldn't mind him hanging around as a useful squad player. If not, upgrade.

Brilliant goal in that match. His problem is infuriating inconsistency.

Balague tweets all done with Otamendi. 45 million euros and a 5 year contract. That's the release clause I think. No one going the other way on loan. I expect Denayer to go loan hopefully to a Premiership Club. There'll be a rush for him. Not to a top four rival please.

Actually the release clause was 50 million euros so we reached a compromise of 45 million.

Is there so much shame in that? (apart from the France bit!)

He is a bit part player never a main man, I happen to like his ability, just not buying his self important attitude. Decent player but it is all on his terms, he does enough if you will but no more.

well after letting Kovacic go it sounds like Mancini could come in for Nasri but im sure Inter would offer like 4m euros or some bullshit

Why would we be paying so much when they allegedly owe us a lot from the Negredo deal?

Nasri is talented but doesn't have a consistent impact on games. All the ability but not the drive, is what it seems like to me. Hard one to call, but we would probably need someone in if he did go.

The good news is that chelski continue to unsettle Stones before Sunday, even better news is Everton continue to tell them where to stick it...
