I remembered the name as soon as I pressed to post it and I agree he is an Alba clone.

Hopefully minus what most people know Alba for; being the worst diving/complaining/cheating cunt in the world over the last 5-10 years.

Never realised how bad Alba actually is until I saw him at the Etihad this year, the biggest cunt on the pitch and that takes some doing when you have the likes of Neymar,Suarez and Alves there too.

If Angelino can play as well as him though the happy days.

I wish he had Alba's pace, it saves him so many times, probably the fastest player at Barca.

I thought it was interesting that Paddy V knew nothing of the loan until it was announced, I would imagine he wasnt happy at not being consulted or finding out like the the rest of us did.

You're probably reading into that too much. He probably didn't know it was confirmed but he'd have definitely known they were looking for a loan for him. Vieira's said all his best kids need loans.

Ps - he's still faster than the vast majority. He's not Alba, but how many are? Angelino is still very pacy.

"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

That NYC away kit looks smart

Good cross from Angelino too. Have people watched him there, how is he doing?

Doesn't seem to be getting enough game time to help his development. Was at the Toronto game last week but no sign of him, and the LB (Wingert I think) was useless. Saw the San Jose game when he came on as a late sub and looked better going forward than defending.
On a similar topic, Facey is a regular and looks to be struggling even at this level - a million miles from ever making the first team at City

I've been watching them on Sky throughout the season and he's been getting plenty of game time, and playing pretty well too. He's an exciting prospect and one I have high hopes for.

As for Facey, I agree entirely with you.

We could do with having him back in January. We're lacking cover there at left back. I Know he's young but I hope he's included in next year's squad.
