Hard to pick out one player but I'm gonna go with the heart and give to Boyata for a solid debut

No real stand outs for me (good or bad), which I suppose indicates a solid defensive display, so I'm inclined to go with young Dedryck on debut. Special mention for Benjani who took his one and only chance well, even if he didn't do much else in the game.

Tough one this but went for Kompany as he was solid particularly 2nd half.
Who the hell has voted for Benjani?? Apart from the cool finish he contributed exactly NOTHING, hopefully Mancini will never put him anywhere near the team again. Hope RSC is back soon.

There's gotta be irony in there somewhere? Striker - Goal - Striker - Contribution - Goal - Striker, if you get my drift!!

Boyata, for me, only made 1 mistake, and he was only making his debut but he didnt put a foot wrong

Vinnie for me, had a good solid game especially in the second half, and did a tremendous job of steering The Legend That will become Dedryk Boyata, through a near faultless debut. Quiet words of encouragement and advice throughout and always made himself available, special; mention goes to Micah for doing the same in the first half.
Thought it was a poor game, but when you consider the conditions, and the fact that other players were playing out of position at times then Dedryk had a really promising debut, good distribution as well which is always a plus.

Zabaleta by a mile.

I would have voted Zabs, but I have to give my vote to Boyata for a solid debut--very assured--great to see City giving the young ones a chance.
On reflection, if it was an option I would give my vote to the back line--rockribbed solid--an amazing turnaround. And a side vote for the City fans who endured so much to attend the game.

Vinnie Komps was the only real standout.
Boyota did great for debut but looked nervy with the ball 1st half, think he has a ton of potential. Petrov did well too.
Don't know how Zabs got votes, thought he was a bit shit to be fair. Nowhere near as bad as Benjani who looked the worst player alive yet still had us singing his name. Words cannot describe.
Tracking back is overrated.

Vinnie for me today in a very poor performance, however, I`ll take the win but I was gutted for Vlad he was shocking and I wanted him to have a blinder.
