It means he's not in the squad. Nothing more, nothing less. Until you hear something more.

I could be spectacularly wrong and I've put my head on the chopping block here but I've always suspected that he will be gone in Jan.
Not interested in us anymore and hasn't been for a while.
Same, I reckon he'll be gone by the end of next week, most likely on loan. The way he has been playing isn't the way of someone who has a long term future at the club, or someone who wants to be here.

best had be fucking injured, if he's fit and not on the bench then he's off without a doubt, its nothing to do with wednesday because tevez, bellers and barry are on the bench and them three will be on the team sheet for wednesday before robbie

He wasn't training yesterday afternoon but I think he was at Carrington in the morning which suggests working on an injury.

Except of course that none of those three are coming back from a long term lay off

Probably as simple as that. Do we really want him to play such away games when we know he can be very ineffective. I'd rather have him fresh and rested for Wednesday's match.

Not sure he'd be much of an asset on Wednesday, seems injury prone and not match fit at the moment, needs real time to recover and if he plays on Wed and doesn't perform he'll only have more people on his back

bellamy is a walking injury with his knees and barry is carrying an injury still so yeah they kind of are, they were brought just incase so if he isnt injured he would of brought robbie just incase also

True. No point in playing him in a game like that even if he is fit.

Although a great talent he just isn't up for playing for us. I would not be bothered if he went if we get a quality replacement.
