since they've joined we've not signed a single long term first team regular

we've had two player revolts

we are still fucking shit in europe (a laughing stock....)

they've not built a winning culture at the club and if they've not managed it yet, it ain't gonna happen under their watch because it's clear that the players have zero respect for authority at the club

Any cunt who wants to sack the whole structure just when it is starting off. If it continues to fail then fair enough but this mentality is Swales all over again.

The next bloke comes in, we miss a title or a couple of signings go wrong, how do we justify anything but sacking him ? What is the point in doing anything else ? You end up with loads of people working for the club from different factions.

We are only just beginning to sort this finally & some people want to destroy it.

Pure fucking Swales.

I certainly wouldn't sack Soriano. For one thing he seems to have done a very good job producing soaring revenues which should make FFP an irrelevance very soon. Pellegrini needs a decent end of the season to survive imo. If we end badly it will be perfectly fair to argue that a poor 2016 season beckons. Why keep him if that's in prospect? However, there's still a lot to play for. Maybe we'll advance on Wednesday. You never know. And if we end up second or even third it's not the end of the world. Fourth fucks our pre season because of the qualifying round for the CL. Fifth would be an unmitigated disaster and completely unacceptable.

I don't know what the plan is with managers, but I'll be fucking gutted if the brass leave. The club is in fantastic shape & getting better.

If we blow that, I don't see the point in any of it.

as senior managers soriano and tricky should be all over that like a rash especially as it's the second it's happened

You are now telling me the football culture at the club is wrong when to me it's jaw droppingly fantastic & the best by about 10,000% that I have ever known in all the years I've been watching City at all levels. Another planet.

I'm not wasting anymore time on this. Load of fucking tripe.

If you group multiple seasons together everything does look great.

If you compare the last month under bobby or This entire season to last it's clear to see issues in the club. Nothing to do with results, it's the obvious attitude and application issues.
Tracking back is overrated.

They cost us in the FA Cup Final with their handling of Mancini.

They have spent so much money and how much has it improved us, it hasn't.

We failed FFP.

They didn't sack Mancini to make room for Pellegrini, they sacked Mancini because he lost the dressing room and that's fatal for any manager. They bought Pellegrini in because they needed a peacemaker to repair the shit that Roberto caused in his wars with Tevez etc. and preferred managers simply weren't available at that juncture.
Mancini's shit handling of the players cost us the FA Cup - the way he put Hart in for Pants was a cunts trick (and I say that even though I was a Mancini supporter!).
I'm amazed at the negativity on this forum - I used to think that we were made of sterner stuff than the melt down junkies on certain other forums but nah. . a load of high pitched squeaky voiced pantomime dame style exaggeration going on in here and its unbecoming of supporters who once proudly earned a reputation for stoicism by sticking at and keeping the bottom lip in check.

Blow your noses and pull yourselves straight eh?

If the scum end up above us, there is no fucking way on earth that the real hard core man city fans will take it on the chin with just a shrug of the shoulder - just because we all went to see City play against the likes of Macclesfield back in the day doesn't mean we should accept the shit that our manager is dishing up the last few months......................I would love to see your fuckign head when a scum supporter pisses all over you if they do the unthinkable...lets see that shrug of the shoulders then !!!!

Carl, well done for providing a fine example of the sort of high pitched squeaky voiced pantomime dame style exaggeration that's baffling me . . and complete with 4 exclamation marks at the end of your heartfelt whimper too !!!!

Wow!!!! The more of !!!! those that folk use, the more I !!!! take them seriously!!!!

Nah, not really but I thought I'd get a bit OTT because the topic is gross exaggeration and you must admit that it doesn't read well and it is embarrassing because it's exactly the sort of hyperbole that we despair at when the whimpering rags of the drippy dippers are crying into their sleeves.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

I know. Pellers will end up the victim because the manager always does. The problem lies elsewhere tho. The problem is none of us really know where and are stuck in an uninformed shouting match I stead of admitting as such.

tricky reminds me of frank arnesen at chelsea
with the foundations laid by the tinker man they had the opportunity to dominate english football but they signed the likes of kalou, malouda and mikel when he was at the club and stalled. they also brought loads of foreign young talent into their academy - how many of them progressed to the first team?!

Arnesen is probably the biggest con man in modern football who has spent a decade or more doing basically fuck all. Don't know if it's fair to compare his track record with Tricky's, considering the latter has only had 1,5 years at City so far.

I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

2.5 years
we were told he was bringing high yield, low maintenance players and resigning exsisting players on performance related deals.
as it stands we have a low yield, high maintenance group
whose fault is that??

If the team had continued performing like it did last season we would have a low maintenance, high yield group of players. We don't know whose fault it is that the first team has derailed as it has but if the change in the team's performances from last leason to this is Tricky's responsibility, then sure, he should either resign or be transferred to only deal with matters concerning the academy. We don't know what's happened though, so I think it's pretty hard to say why we're seeing what we're seeing on the pitch at the mo. Honestly, the change in the team is similar to that which took place during Sven's second half of the season he was here. We know with hindsight that this was an owner related issue. It might as well be this time around as well. We don't know but it could be. It could be Tricky. It could be a click of players acting out (Nasri has a very bad rep from his French national team days for example). Let's see how it plays out and what comes out of it.

I know where you're coming from but seriously doubt that Nasri could be the cause of any angst - he's been one of our more enthusiastic performers for quite some time and he always speaks highly of the club, the fans and his fellow professionals.
I only mention because it felt a shame to see him put up as a trouble causer on the strength on no tangible evidence whatsoever.
