I only caught the second half but really enjoyed that. I watched it with wifey and my mum and we all have the hots for goal scorer Erik Paartalu. Very handsome man.
Attack the argument of the person, not the person of the argument- except Carl.

Having watched this one and then the 1-1 draw with league-toppers Perth Glory the other morning (Boxing Day) I've detected a certain improvement from the bottom of the league situation inherited.

There are signs of the 'corporate style' oft talked about, although the A League often reverts to type and kicks up the ball up in the air a fair bit.

The task is harder in Australia, problems seem to include:

The crowd seems about 400 people and a dog
Many fans still wear their old red striped kit
Bizarre wages rules, vaguely US-style, affect our ability to buy good better players

I'm sure the Sheik knows where he is going, and await news of further 'branches' in Shanghai or somewhere.
