do you feel badly for him buying fucking Toure, and naming him Captain...captain of crew shipping goals left and fuclin right?
he's a big boy...Hughes will find work in the Prem or the Championship if he truly is sacked. And he'll do exactly what he did at Blackburn with some shrewd buys and turn a bunch of cloggers and grafters into a group who can challenge for European spots.
Many of us have said from the beginning...the ability to take that type of team to the places he took Blackburn and Wales is totally different than taking a serious team of allegedly world-class talen to a higher level was always going to be his test. He'll learn a lot from this and move forward.
Just one step too soon for Sparky i think. This job will have made him ready for this job in a couple years. I wish him well if he's truly gone.
I'm not saying whether he deserves to be sacked or not - it's how we're going about sacking him (if at all).
How would you like to be in your last day at work whilst your successor sat there and watched?
take the emotion out of this bluejob. he prollee gets a nice package if he's sacked, and he's had 16 months to do this gig. I prollee sit in meetings twice a week with some fucler at my company who'd love to have my job and take me to the sword if i fuck up. That's life brother.
cheers

Its not the way to conduct business and is certainly not the way I expect it to be done at City. There's no honor or respect shown in such behaviour.

Surely they should give him until the end of the season?!

The strong word is that he's resigned so don't know how you can have a go at City!
