That was the intention but wonderwall is waiting for a swing vote to the "yes" column before he merges it and resets the votes, such is the licker he is.

Just merge this mudafucker already.

The results will go back and forth regardless, such is the nature of the fickle football fan. But mentioning hughes in a thread that you hope nobody will give their opinion on doesn't work, as we saw four or five times a day after a defeat or a performance that SOME felt wasn't up to scratch.

Same here. I admired our effort in that game which was an improvement on some of the dross draws we'd had but City have ALWAYS raised their game against the big sides so it wasn't exactly a surprise - and we were extremely fortunate to win that game too. Hughes should be judged on whether he's been able to change our mentality when facing the smaller sides and clearly he's achieved absolutely nothing so he HAS to go before he does further damage.

I've just pulled myself back up onto the fence. Terrible performence tonight. Everybody was expecting us to come out after the break with all guns blazing but fuck all happened. I actually think we were worse in the second half.

2 weeks to the transfer window opens. The time for a decision from the Sheikh is NOW. Hughes is not getting any sort of consistent performance from his hand picked players. I honestly believe that it is not motivation but tactics. Players don't need much motivating to fight for a Champs League place! But when they are being outclassed and outplayed on every front, like last night, it can make heads drop and look like they don't care. So it comes down only to one thing. Hughes and his coaches. If I were Mansour I'd be telling Khaldoon that I want reports from him and Hughes in 48 hours, telling me what was wrong and what needs to be done to put it right. If the answer from Khaldoon is the manager cannot make the step up, or the response from Hughes does not recognise that his coaching team as a unit needs strengthening, then it should be time to find his replacement.

We're exactly where we were at a year ago, minus £ 200 million. I for one haven't changed my mind since then ...

I can flip that right back on you and say why aren't you posting in that thread?

Because so many people think their opinion is in such high regard it cant be placed in a mere "sticky thread".

I know exactly whats goin on an its embarassing.
