This whole matter is becoming utterly beyond comprehension.
1..The referee makes a mistake.
2..The referee (reportedly) admits his mistake.
3..The player who is the victim of his mistake remasins banned.
4..Hughes makes a comment regarding the referee's (self admitted) mistake and becomes under investigation.

THE FUCLIN WORLD OF FOOTBALL HAS GONE STARK RAVING MAD.
IT DEFIES COMMON SENSE, RATIONALITY AND IS ABJECT NONSENSE.
