No hint of defensive organisation again and at times we were all over the shop.

Toothless in attack. Get Milner in central midfield and bring on Silva or Nasri

Rodwell and MIlner together in central mifield would be awesome.

I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' I recon the lad Byrne from the 18s would embarrass Garcia & Rodwell if he was playing now. He would be running accross the back 4 demanding the ball playing 1/2s & starting attacks, as opposed to hiding behind Newcastle players making it impossible to pass to them.

All 3 need to pull their fucking fingers out if they want to play in this team.

That pretty much sums up my thoughts. A very ungrateful task for Lescott. Not only does he have to try to ffind passes to hiding midfielders the wjole bloody time, he also has to cover for Boyayayayata, KOlarov and Micah.

We will win 1 nil with a goal from Edin.

But this has been a dire game. Two rubbish sides and an even worse referee. I hate it when refs seem to give decisions based on what the crowd think and what was that early offside all about when Jovetic was through.

Gutted that Jovetic got injured. He's the player I wanted to watch most of all. This game really show how pivotal Yaya is in everything we do.He's the one who goes to get the ball from the defenders and moves the opposition around to find pockets of space.I know it helps to have Silva and Nasri around to help but it needs a player who can make things happen to get hold of the ball from deep and Garcia and Rodwell just aren't capable.

Rodwell showed what he is about twice with good forward runs.Once with a cross across the 6 yard box which nobody moved for and then when Edin was breaking down the left side and he didn't see him.

Defensively not great and somehow every ball they bung in looks trouble.Every ball we throw in at the other end sets them up for a counter attack.

Boyata very shaky. Not enough creativity. Silva should come on. God knows what to do about the defence. We're utter shite week after week whoever we play in the back four. Get your act together Pellegrini. I've moved into the dissatisfied camp.

At least if we can keep it to 0-0 for another 20 , the Count may risk bringing on a creative player for the last bit.

What happened to Boyata Ted? He had it for a while, he really did. Now he looks void of... well most of it. And he defends like it's his first game for the senior team. I don't get it.

I never thought Boyata had hit. He's been found out everywhere he's gone on loan. I was very surprised that he was made part of the squad this season. My guess is that the bosses simply don't know what to do with him. He's definitely not Premiership level, and he will probably go to Zulte Waregem, Germinal Beerschot, or some other great Belgian club as soon as his contract is up.

He's not getting much service from the midfield or the wings. He had to play winger and made a decent cross to Negredo who fucked it up big time ! When will Navas make a cross ??
