another game we have to score 3 in to win (if we are lucky)

Did anyone see the Bolton pre-match preparation video on Soccer AM this morning with Chris Kamara in the dressing room with Gary Megson - the graphic which read - MANCHESTER CITY'S DEFENCE LACKS ORGANISATION

Great team move for Micah's goal, but what the fuck are they doing back there? And how the hell did Cahill manage that shot, it's not something you expect a CB to be able to do...

Now please, City, hammer them in the second half!!! I can't stand Bolton so let's win against that lot!!!

amazing that he can assess that. I had no idea.

Cracking game for a neutral i'm sure. Cahill's goal was superbly taken. Can't do much about that. Plus an offside goal. Defense looks vulnerable as usual. Richards!! Could hardly believe he was able to finish that. Tevez lucky but he put it on target, which is always nice to see from him. If he'd put more balls on target we'd see a lot more of those with his striking pace.

Exciting match...has to end City's way. Come on CITY!

Ireland has got to be in the first team and he's got to play further forward than this other bullshit role Hughes has him in normally. He's changed the game since he come on.

I also thought Sylvinho has been very assured.
"Like all bullies, they've just found out that there is a much bigger guy in town, someone who is richer and more powerful than their worst nightmare. And this smiling Arabic assassin is intent on stealing all the treasures they've nicked off everyone else, and pulverising them into commercial and footballing oblivion as he does so."

They are definately there for taking. Just sor out the defense and the linesman and we're good.

COME ON YOU BLUES!

Any news on Shauny yet? Shame he took a knock but imo our play has improved since Stevie got on...

Hughes will not play Ireland in his best position when Tevez is on the pitch. It's a shame because you lose so much from Ireland playing him deep. Stevie is just not a Barry, De Jong or Kompany.

I agree with that.

I don't care once we're winning matches but I do think we have more of a chance of doing so with Ireland in the side.

Does anyone else think a lot of the goals we have conceded, especially of late, have a lot to do with luck rather than us being shit at the back? Both their goals today were mighty unusual, as was Chelsea's, as was the Liverpool equaliser... that's off the top of my head...

Sylvinho had a shaky start and was at fault for their first goal which was miles offside.
Ireland has looked good since coming on but fucl knows what he was doing to let Cahill turn so easily for their second. Barry didn't look too clever there either, I think he might actually be slower than Didi Hamann.

just seen their first goal, the linesman and ref need an almighty fucking with a red hot poker. he was an easy 3 yards offside. Ridiculous decision.
