You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

it doesn't but scudamore and the premier league copped some serious critism after wednesday's pitch fiasco and the weather hasn't improved a great deal since. di canio had branded the pitch a 'killer'...

Would like to see us treat this as a test run if the season ahead. Forget making a multitude of subs play the strongest team from the start and go for the jugular.

I got you covered Palus2, here is the link but the RIVERS, don't use that other word, don't appear until an hour before gametime.

I suggest download sopcast and streamtorrent as they are both far superior streaming than flash in your browser.

I couldn't disagree more, only because of the pitch, why risk it? Like Pellers said the most important match we have is Newcastle, the rest doesn't really matter.

Like you, I'd like to see us show our hand and go after someone before Newcastle, but let's save it for a day when knees, ankles and hamstrings can be sparred!

Edit: we're 2nd match up again so the pitch will be cut to shit.

Just get through this without injuries, whilst all the time digging up great big craters so it's like the surface of the moon when the rags play on it Monday.

When does the game start? I don't do time-zones.-
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."
