Armed with the fact that most non-City punters (and probably most journalists) didn't see this match on ESPN I have noticed a different form of anti-City bias these days:
Sunday Supplement - all three morons said 'Spurs and Villa look the ones strong enough to break into the top 4' SS usually ignores City unless we have a scandal.
Andy Gray - all sorts of mindless rubbish on 'the last word' about the ball hitting Micah's hands when, as Graham Poll says, he was clearlt trying to get out of the way. But Gray did say we were 'good, very, very good', and he's backing us I reckon for top 4.
Sunday Telegraph - shocking report full of factual error, basically written from a Chelsea point of view.
NOTW - ran a back-page story about Hiddink taking over - excellent timing and obviously sent to press before the game result was tagged above!
Alan Green - the ultimate twat and really needs to go into a nursing home. I went to the pub to gloat on Sunday and my mate (Chelsea) said he 'only heard it on five live and was the ref as bad as they said?' Having heard others' reports on this Green clearly has a heavy anti-City bias and it was 'all the refs fault, how dare City tackle them' etc. The man is a menace.
On occasion there are reasonable, objective journalists but there are so many twats out there.
