I realise we haven't been in a league cup semi-final for a while, but I think people know.

Then point it out to the 2 post above mine! Back to your pedantic scratchy best I see!!!

Yeah its a bit of a puzzler he was very upfront about the quality of the goals and we had too much firepower upfront etc so what the whole handshake thing was about I don't know. Ah well something and nothing probably.

City v Villa final I can feel it in me bones

Maybe he had calmed down and was feeling like a tosser. Obviously couldn't apologise or anything but he could at least be relatively decent.

Hughes went in the wrong direction at first and left Wenger waiting. Maybe he just didn't bother, I'd think more of it if Hughes had gone over to Wenger first instead of last.

Thought W***er was extremely direspectful tonight-just shows that he can't take defeat. Any repect for him which i had for him as a manager went straight out of the window after that incident.....

Could be that I guess or Wenger just doesn't think much of Hughes. Least he didn't start brawling with Hughes like he did Pardew that time :)

Watching it again I just think Wenger bolted. Hughes wasn't making him wait and Wenger was long gone anyway.
