Question: Why do certain ref's blow for the half/full-time when a set-piece is about to be taken yet others let the game go beyond the time limit to get the set-piece in?

I seem to remember Mario going nuts once and Gaz Baz getting irate as a corner was cancelled out by a whistle whilst the likes of Bale are allowed to tee one up beyond the designated time; 45 seconds beyond.

With all the talk of bad commentators/talking heads, Steve Mcmanaman and Ian Darke are probably the absolute worst on my list.

You have rag Darke praising the scum at every chance (even when they're not involved at all) while spouting the latest media gossip as if it is fact. Then Stevie constantly slating City (even when we're not involved at all), feeling it necessary to always mention the useless "money comparison" about the two starting line ups, knowing fuck all about any non-liverpool player, and being negative as possible at all times (every great goal scored just leads to him complaining about the shocking defending - just enjoy it FFS!!!)
