Reading hero Le Fondre ties it 2-2 with the last kick. Brilliant finish.
Benitez to be sacked for sure

Le Fondre as a 4th striker anyone? Reading the comeback kings

How Southampton did not equalize this evening in the later stages is beyond belief?

Watching the Rags tonight wasbloody frustrating. Whole second half Saints battered them and should have scored. Yet the Rags win again with an average display. They're pissing the league with such crap performances.

Whilst we're drawing to the same type of teams. Difference is when they get a chance they take it.

The only team at the top who gained this week has been United and they were gash against Southampton. A couple of easy chances at the start that they took but that second half just showed how bad their play is.

I'm trying to work out if it was really good play from the Saints or it was just shit play from the Rags. How they hung on, I just don't know.

They were absolutely gash. Yet they won.
All too familiar. As I said, they take their chances when they come, we don't.

I don't think they could miss them. Southampton actually went out to play football and to try and win the game. They lost but did it in a manner where they can hold their heads up whereas near enough every team we play against seem to be the complete opposite. It's as if Taggart is managing every team.

Southampton had 20 shots to United's 11. They had them under the Kosh the whole second half.
But about being clinical, look back to Spurs away. Rags had one chance all game, one. And they scored it and very nearly took all 3 points. Spurs had a shitload, four - five real good chances.
Against QPR we had 4 good chances, didn't score though.

And that's the issue.

Although it's hugely frustrating, it's also going to be their downfall by the law of averages. No-one can have that much luck for a whole season, even with the official's assistance.

But people keep saying that. 'they're luck will run out' etc but it's just not happening. I wouldn't mind if they were playing high quality breathtaking football, but they're playing shite football and are 7 points clear. They're pissing their way to a title.

And yet they sit top of the table come feb.

Fed up hearing how shit they are. It sounds like bullshit desperation. Last game they were a one man team yet today a different man dug them out of a hole. Clearly they are a very good TEAM. shame we have been so poor (by our high standards) or else we'd be neck and neck.

But that is not an issue we can effect. The problem here is out of our control, the only thing we can do is do our best. The team have been doing that and the results haveshown that. Unless we're being asked to progress without improving the side then I'm not sure how we can do more.

We have been evolving over the last few years, this season we stagnated. Next season I see things being different.
