I'm bored...

Postby Tayla » Sat Nov 28, 2009 5:00 pm

I love City, games used to be really exciting. The combination of loads of prima donnas and MH's tactics have made us boring to watch this season!!! I can't think of a time this season I was on the edge of my seat. What's the solution?

Exactly they are boring! the reason people don't want Mourinho as our manager? The same fucking reason! The difference between the managers? Mourinho makes the players winners.

I can't see our owners putting up with this for much longer (the booing was loud today, and how sharpish did MH dive down the tunnel!)

I'm boored to the bones. It's just a game, it'll turn around, it'll be better. I seroiusly doubt it. We need fresh blood, at least we need blood.

It is boring becuase it is repetitive without any invention or original thought. MH has to work out a gameplan that everyone doesnt know
It may be my last year as a season ticket holder as it just doesn't seem the same with so few English and local players (but I said that last year)

Today they played some of the best passing football I've seen this season, from any team. I stated in another thread that the reason (once again) we didnt win was due to poor accuracy (17 shots, only 5 on target yielding one goal - according to the match centre - we can't win regularly like that)

Ade Stevie Sweep Tevez ALL keep the ball too much which slows the pace of the game down. The only time we weren`t boring today was in the first half with the ONE touch football which led to the chance for sweep. I hope they all read this post. Players make the choice to take too many touches.

i wouldnt let tevez within 10 yds of a freekick outside the area, also our corners are pathetic!!!
we cannot kill teams off and when the backs are against the wall we crumblw, also the whole of the hull team cost less than one of our players, its all down to blood, sweat and desire!!!!!
Support the badge, players come and go along with managers!!!

first few games our corners were fantastic. they were inswingers being whipped in towards the penalty spot
barry from the right. who was it from the left? robinho?
always felt we were a threat. but now we've got SWP floating them in, and it's useless.
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

I can understand letting a short-arse take them (sorry SWP and Bellamy) but they were poor attempts today.

Watch Chelsea mate! free flowing football with a will to win and the where with all to do it.
if you think we've played anything near what they're capable of you need to put the bong down and go to sleep for 3 weeks!

hahah no, not over the full match we didn't, what I was getting at was, particularly in the first half, for some extended periods of time we put together some really good moves, from deep in our own half into attacking positions with no more than three touches per player - it really was entertaining to watch and was as good if not better than the stuff Chelsea and Arsenal do with great regularity. The tragedy was the end result was usually something ending up in the crowd behind the goal.
