He clattered into Sagna. They didnt show replays on television. He was down for 12 minutes with a brace and oxygen and regained consciousness in the ambulance en route to the hospital.

Looked very much like the ballboy was refusing to give the ball to Hazard and lay down on it. Hazard then tried to kick the ball out from under him. Whether he actually kicked the ball, the ballboy, or a bit of both is up for debate.
The ballboy certainly was doing a good impression of Drogba, so he was either hurt or putting in a first rate AmDram performance.
