Im watching the Real game and the commentator just mentioned Mourinho was late for training, only stayed 45 mins, then left without giving a media briefing (to watch his son's team play). Add it to his strange reaction during their game recently where he looked like he didn't want to be there plus his absence from the Ballon d'or awards, and I think he's been told he's on his bike at the end of the season (or he has made up his mind that he wont be there).

Real are 5 up at valencia and it's not quite halftime yet - (the fake) Ronaldo is having a good game.

Lennon was fantastic today, far better and more dangerous than Bale.
He committed defenders just by running at them and provide real pace and width, United shat themselves every time he had the ball, the type of player we hoped Sinclair would be.

Pretty sure we won the league last season. Or is this because they've already been crowned Champions this season?

I think he was referring to their past exploits of winning multiple times.

Good news, the Rags are now on for an average 93 points rather than 95 before this game;-)

Their best ever points tally at this point which tells me that a side like that is getting some help. Not today though, thank fuck.

quote from a match report over at espn, gave me a nice chuckle:

"Alongside smooth operator Carrick, Jones, like a farmhand chasing down some troublesome livestock, was to be found careering around the field and making his trademark gurns of determination as Tottenham turned the screw. His face was a particular picture as Dempsey equalised in injury time."

It does indeed look like they are getting help. however this side is something that pythons 'Amazing Mystico' dreamed up. They believe in the hype around themselves and they will get caught out. Probably next weekend too against Fulham. Once they stop believing it will all fall down.

Just watching that. Terrible finishing has kept Everton alive, they have been abysmal. And again as I type, Lambert misses a fee header. Can't remember the last time I saw Everton look this bad. Probably at OT a few seasons ago.
