Pressure is all on them. That result will hurt them. Especially conceding a goal at the death.
Spurs deserved the point if not the win. Game on now. We are dragging ourselves to the top with the point gap reduced to 5 and goal difference only 1 now.

They will be gutted now in the changing rooms just as Gary Neville was on Sky

Absolutely this.

As blatent a penalty as you are likely to see. It not being awarded was the icing on the cake. I'd be fuming for a week if that was us

If the Rags were losing then I'm sure Taggart would've been in the 4th officials ear telling him that Evra could've been killed by those snowballs. Lucky Spurs scored in ET where Taggart couldn't get any more moves in.

I don't know about you but Taggart seems to be suggesting that the linesman is biased towards other teams than United. Is he bringing the lino's integrity into question?

1822: Tottenham 1-1 Man Utd

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson tells BBC Sport: "We did so well at everything and we kept heading it out, the disappointment is not finishing them off. We had a lot of opportunities on the counter attack but our final ball let us down.

"It was a clear penalty-kick on Wayne Rooney but in no way was the the linesman going to give that. He gave them everything else. We have not had a good record with this linesman, against Chelsea a few years ago he gave onside to Didier Drogba who was three yards offside, you remember those things.

"They pumped the ball forward, maybe David De Gea could have got a better punch on it, but I will have to see it again.

"Tottenham were very committed and aggressive. I think they have a decent squad and a good team.

"If you look at our away programme we have been to Everton, been to Liverpool, been to Manchester City, been to Chelsea, been to Tottenham... We have been to all the top teams away from home."

Anyway. United were shit.

At the minimum he's calling him incompetent, at worst he's calling him bent. Both Alladyce and Martinez have been fined for saying similar after games against the rags. It'll be interesting to see what the FA do about the Govan piss-can.

Quote from AVB from teh MEN website: ""We had 60 per cent possession against United, 15 shots against four and should have won. Champions like United have to go through moments like this but I think we deserved this last-minute goal."

Pretty sure we won the league last season. Or is this because they've already been crowned Champions this season?

Apparently the Linesmen told the United players "go and applaud your fans. They spent £1.50 on bus fares getting here"
