This most certainly is not the worst we could have got.
We all saw how shit Stoke are last week.
Onwards and Upwards.

THis.

If we can't beat Stoke we don't deserve to progress. Hope these words don't haunt me and we play well and lose with nine men after some bizarre refereering.

If ever we needed a kind draw, this was it as we are sans Ya Ya and Aguero.

Palace away would have been a bad draw, Stoke away is a horrid one.

Does anyone think Stoke fans will be jumping for joy at the news they've drawn us?

Along with Everton away this is the worst draw we could have got. You really want to aviod playing those sides away who are sitting mid table with fuck all to play for. Our record at Stoke is rubbish. I'd take a draw now.

Good point.

My thoughts are a bit more positive though. If we get reasonable opposition then bobby will field a strong team, which without cl footy he bloody ought to

live coverage bump

Apparently ITV have deigned to show City's game against Stoke/Palace. Ooooooooooooo.

Aparently it's full match coverage, though after last round, I wouldn't be surprised if they show about 5 minutes of it, and bang on about U****d and Chelsea for the rest of the prog.

I thought I was pissed at the 20 seconds of coverage against Watford but what pissedme off more was the Sunday show. I'm usually up at 4 on a Monday but will still give it a look as that's the way I am. However, their piss poor highlights are inter-laced with so many adverts that you just can't get anything out of the programme. The coverage of the Dippers was beyond crap and when the little ginger fuck equated Suarez' handball to a parking ticket just sent me over the edge. To top it off, five minutes of adverts once again.

I stupidly decided to wait and see the game between Swansea and Arsenal. 5 minutes of adverts followed by about 3 minutes of game play from the first half followed by another 5 minutes of adverts. The second half was decent but I was expecting them to break mid-game to get William Hill in there.

Shocking television that is not enhanced by the will to force 20 minutes of adverts within a 40 minute period. Utter crap to be fair and I'm not sure their commentary on us will be anything other than anti-City.

Roy Keane anyone?

They are abysmal. Roy Keane epitomises their shitness. I'd rather it was on channel 5. Roy Keane can stay, but only with his tongue and eyes removed, with a live text feed of insults from City fans rolling along across the screen when he's on.

I didn't want to watch the scouse 1 love in that would have inevitably taken place on the Sunday show, especially after the slap in the chops on Sat. I don't think we have a divine right to prime slot or anything, but that coverage was an insult to Watford ffs.

The Saturday show was an insult to every supporter. Showing their games in full then giving them the biggest slot was a joke.
