Or it never happened in the first place.

Or that, don't tell me you didn't have that thought as well, even if it was for a second.

One question: did we miss him in the shit games we drew? Yes we did, that answers your question. Of course he is good enough

Yes, I thought it, but unlike you I am capable of facing the possibility of being wrong.

Well that was uncalled for, luckily it has never come up so I really don't know.

Can you imagine how great he'd be if his heart was 100% in the club? I've resigned myself to the fact that he wants to leave and will be disappointed to see him go but until he does leave i hope he gives us many more great times like that.

initially he was pissing me off but i watched the season review on wednesday and seen that he was at the core of most things good we did last season, even with lumps up front ahead of him that he made look good, and i remembered how great he is, also we won all our games with him in the team at the start so im dying to get him back see how he does with ade and co....
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no doubt that he can do great stuff, both scoring and with the killer pass that unlocks defences. Prefer him in the Tevez position though.

My posts have always been about whether he WILL go or not (based on the machinations of his many 'representatives), not about how good a player he is.

I was a little concerned with the comments supposed to be attributed to him about the International team versus club (though tabloids tend to make up what they want even when there's no added complication of needing a translation) which made me think a falling out could be possible, but I discounted that a while back.

Robinho - is he good enough...

Simple answer, yes he is good enough, but to say he is good enough undervalues how good he really is. Those who whinge about him have lost the plot, the little guy is a total football genius. Yes he has his off games but when hes on it, he is without a doubt one of the top five players in the world. The things he can do with the ball are magical at times. I for one hope he never leaves our club! Missed him like crazy since he's been out, our play has lacked his creative spark!

Can't wait to see him play tomorrow! (fingers crossed)

Unquestionably, he is good enough.

Whether he's committed enough is another thing...I had one foot in the 'take him or leave him' camp a bit back, but I'm itching to see him play now, he does things I've never seen before with his skills. As for his celebrations, well he's a mentalist, but possibly the most gifted mentalist I've ever seen, and I've seen the Happy Mondays live.

He's an inspiration when he's on form, I truly believe that he can give the others a psychological lift, maybe even inspire SWP to emulate him and regain his confidence to beat his fullback more instinctively. And as for his telepathic connection with Stevie Ireland (whom he LOVES - FACT!), we really have something that can make us win any game.

I'm gonna shut up now before I get carried away, kick off time tomorrow cannot come soon enough.

Quite obviously YES! What a ridiculous question. He is without doubt, by far the most technically outstanding player i've ever seen wear the City shirt!
We've missed his genius! Cant wait to have him back!

i miiiiisssss him he's exactly what we need right now because we have lacked creativity for me he is the best in the premiership and with him in the team i dont think theres a team in the league that we cant beat where as without him we dont have the support for the forwards in the same way and the impact of playing against him helps us alot against the smaller clubs because when defences have to worry about him they pay less attention to ade and tevez so we can start thumpin teams instead of limping to wins and scraping draws i reeeeaaally think we need to make sure we keep hold of him for atleast another season ihope barca get silva so the papers canleave him alone and let him get back to playing amazing football in a blue shirt

After watching Samaras, Vassell, Corradi and Dickov pull on the blue shirt in recent time, im happy enough having Robinho up top.

But Samaras is an uncut diamond, it's hardly a fair comparison.

Question: Can anyone honestly say that we haven't missed his talents?

No doubt we have missed him, but I am not too sure we would have seen much difference in the results recently had he played. Too many players in the team have been having a spot of bad form, and he isnt the sort to roll his sleeves up and grab the game by the scruff of the neck.

Im looking forward to seeing him back, as I think he is crucial to Ireland performing too - and Ireland has been largely poor since Robbie has been out.

I sort of disagree with you mate. I think Stevie plays off Robbie, not the other way round. As for the results, I'm sure he woud've given that extra bit of presence to take extra points. Full backs, centre backs and midfielders hate playing against him, which says more about the player than the team!
