I can't wait to see him in action again, hopefully with that cheeky smile of his!

Thank fuck for that, we have definately missed him. Hopefully he'll want to prove himself for us and for Brazil, which will give us the very best of Robbie.

If he plays at Hull, we'll give them a pounding! If he comes through and starts against Arsenal and Chelsea, I see us getting through to the next round and maybe more than a point!

I heard when City signed him that he was called "slayer of the weak" at Real Madrid, so a comeback against Hull is just right for his runs and flicks and step-overs. Let's see what he does v. Arsenal in the League Cup, then against Chelsea. Meanwhile his missus still wants to get away from Manchester. Wonder if what the wife thinks really makes a difference to footballers, or do they just say "here's another five thousand, hit the shops"?

The wives of footballers make a huge difference in their decision making. If you ain't happy at home you won't be happy in work, that goes for all walks of life.

Bit of resurgence from Hull of late as well so lets not count our chickens just yet, keep Bullard quiet and we should overun them in the end.

I almost forgot he plays for us!

I can't wait for him to play again, hopefully he nets against Hull and hits the ground running.

WOW, a positive thread about beany for once....... besides one idiot but hey ho!

So is it safe to assume that all this talk, and the fairly recent myth that Robi is shit has gone away... well for now at least!

I think beany is just the player we have been missing for recent games, how often have we been screaming out for someone to unlock the opposition defence..... Beany can do that, lets hope we put Hull to the sword ala last season! However with them hitting a bit of form recently, I would not at all be surprised if we ended up drawing this game ;-P.

I read somewhere that Johnno is set to make the bench, which suggests to me that he's not far from possibly starting a game.... Who needs January when these two have just come to the fore again!

We do mate, left back and right back!!

Robbie knows how to make a killer final pass, unlike Mr Ireland most of the time I'm afraid. He also takes 3 of their players out, making more room now for the likes of Tevez and Ade.

I sense he will start Saturday.

Last season Superman wasn't only 'as good' as Robinho.... he was better than him.... and I totally agree about playing with heart...

Saying that, I do think Robinho is more skillful, but its not quite as hilarious as you and Vhero think IMO.
