All the shit about City having no history really pissed me off. I suggested that the club should do something tangible to assert our long and successful heritage.
My idea was a blue brick path, starting from City Square, that wound round the ground in just such a time line, with engraved bricks, statues of the likes of Meredith, Doherty, Trautmann, Bell, interspersed with areas that celebrated our trophy wins and noted historic and iconic events.
I spoke about this to Gary James and a few others....I just wonder.....Garrrrrreeeeeeeee!!!!

Blowin my own trumpet?......You fuclin bet i am....:-)....Just maybe?

My pc refused to let me on the wed Andy.
I accepted a McAfee update and next day all the web drivers in my PC crashed. Still in warranty. It took the best brains of Comet, Sky, McAfee and Fujitsu a couple of weeks to diagnose it....
Then some idiot suggested that I go on the web and download new ones.

Ended up having to save everything and start from scratch again.
Not easy when you were brought up using a pencil and paper and haven't a clue about computers.

Hope yer well Babe.

Got rid of McAfee years ago, far too big and clumsy for our little PCs! Use Avast or PC Tools Spyware Doctor. Still I suppose you were stuck with McA for the guarantee period.

From my entrance, I've got Silva and the Aguero goal, so no history as far as I'm concerned.
