City have always had fans who want to moan, luckily it is on here and not near me home or away, Mark Hughes, IS THE PROBLEM FOR THE MOANERS, FACT ! Get rid of him and they will move onto something else City fans, Great fans but love a moan, which is fair enough , 6th, outplayed scousers at Anfield, Carling qrt Final, Chelsea coming up, full house etc , in fact we are doomed !!!

But it is a really bad simile IBH as a teapot made of chocolate may be impractical but it's no less clever than a china one.

We spent 200 million pounds on players, more than in our wildest dreams, yet some people are happy to draw at home to Burnley and say oh "work in progress" no fucking way, we should all expect more now, get rid of this shit old City mindset of enjoying a struggle, do abit of division yo-yoing, no way no way. If we come out of this patch of draws with 3 or 4 wins in a row, then it will be worth it, but if we have a few loses in the next 3-4 games, then it will quickly kick off big time.

The quality of the players we have brought in, and the fact we basically fasten their shoe laces for them every day means they only have to worry about playing. You can forgive the odd mistake now and again, but we have been going backwards since the Scum game.

This isnt personal and im not attacking anyone directly, but to be happy with our last 6 results means your deluded.

6 results which were mostly easy games, 3 point bankers when you look down the fixture list at the start of the season.

You see, this is the thing... we've been saying similar for a long time now "stop reading it if you don't like it", "people have different opinions" "free speech"....

That's all well and good but what I think the OP was giving out about was the ridiculous threads being started that only served to slate Manchester City and not to discuss the situation at all.

Its one thing to debate a point that you think is affecting the club, its another to post total anti-city shit.

At the end of the day this is a site for Man City FANS and if there's folk on here that slate all aspects of the club at any given opportunity, then they need to go IMO. They are as useful on here as rag fans.... actually, they're worse because at least you would know why the rag fans are slating us, but having to sit back and watch a fine board like this get dragged down because of one or two... well that's just sickening.

There are plenty of folk I disagree with regularly, like NQDP, Blue2, Bluemoon.... but I have massive respect for them and their opinions.

However, there's a difference between them and the likes of CityTillIDie11(the irony) and that fucking tool Robinho_Is_God and if anyone thinks they serve a purpose on this board while the majority feel they are destroying it, then I can't help you!

I'm with Crossie here, sure you can say, "well we never win those sort of games", but we've never spent 200 million in a year or so before. 6 draws, a few against teams we should definetly be beating (Burnley, Birmingham, lesser so Wigan), I think we should be allowed to have a little moan and groan, because some of the stuff I've been watching has been absolute shite.

So that's the same Burnley that hammered the devilworshippers. The same Wigan that tonked Cheslki. The same Brum that drew at Anfield and were robbed of victory by that appaling ref decision is it?

NO games are gimmies in the Prem these days and I am certain that we will get stronger and stronger as this season progresses.

I thought the board has picked up in the last few days. I think this thread was about 10 days too late. I don't know why you are making such an issue about it. All you have done is raked up a load of crap we had started to put behind us....

At least we don't have to put up with the guy sat next to me on the train on the way to the Fulham match. He said he was a blue but wasn't going to the game, so naturally we started talking about City. First we were talking about Stevie Ireland's form. "You know what's wrong there" said he, fixing me with a knowing stare. "What is it" I replied after searching through my mind for the obvious answer that I'd missed. "It's cos he's gay he replied triumphantly" Then he started on about Coppell's short reign, and guess what. "It's because he's gay". Then for the grand finale he explained Micah's loss of form. So obviously the spit roast stories are unfounded.
Fortunately he only got on at Macclesfied
