Ye bud i agree..We threw the 3 points away...Im still happy with the way we fought back from a goal down.We have been capable of doin this all season so that in its self is a plus....Just silly bloody mistakes..Almost schoolboy defending at times have cost us.
Still a point at the Scouse is alright by me.

Maybe reds weren't the best of last years today but what a strong character they show all over this game!

The last time I really laughed at that it was Walsall fans singing "shoot again". We were playing them in the league.

God there's a blast from the past, I remember that at Maine Road, proper laugh out loud too

He didnt imply he expects us to STAY midtable - just that he is realistic enough to accept the transition could take longer than some people would wish.

The way we played in the first half, i'm more than happy with a draw away to Liverpool. City continue to fustrate though.

really disapointed with this result. that liverpool team today were mid-table at best. for the 1st 50 mins we were shite. no movement, no delivery and gave liverpool loads of space to settle and work with the ball. this was the same as againist burnley.

bridge and SWP are simply not good enough for a top 4/6 squad never mind the starting 11.

the players dont seem interested all they seem to do is pass the ball from defence to midfield, out to the wing, lazy arse SWP then lobs a soft cross in and the keeper pluks it out of the air or watches another SWP cross fly high over the bar. Stevie Ireland was the only player who seemed to be showing for the ball and trying to make something happen, but there was plenty of times when everyone was just standing still.

i always wanted to give hughes this full season, but the way the team are playing, i cannot see how it is going to improve. Why does it take us to go behind to wake up? where is our free flowing play like at times last season? the only answer i can find at the moment is that we are misssing robbie (except of course if its all hughes fault)

So when does this magical immune barrier come off of Mr Hughes then? Let me know when I can criticise him.

Don't think we were playing for a draw at all, it was the old story, got in front and went to sleep. We looked brilliant most of the 2nd half, but why did they wait 50 minutes to start playing. Stevie looks to be on the way back, and I thought Tevez had his best game for us yet. More positives than negatives but we must stop letting in silly goals.

I take it you didnt see the game then? Liverpool were poor.

Don't agree with that at all, I thought we were worth the 3 points.

The biggest criticism I have of Hughes is selling Dunne and replacing him with Lescott. A glaring error. But it's what you would have done too...

Iv got a fuck buddy whos a scouse fan and shes just rang to say City were very unlucky to not get the win.
Edge m8..I can understand you are fucked off with throwing the 3 points away but we are a better, more positive team now..Do you know we have scored only 1 goal at anfield since since 2004? We bagged a brace today and were by far the better team in the 2nd half..I see alot of balls from our squad..In the past going behind to the pool we would just lie down and die. Keep smilin tuff guy :-)

Lescott is better than Dunne. Having said that, Lescott has been very poor since he joined us.

Do you think this improvement is down to Hughes or quarter of a billion spent?
