It really could go any way. Liverpool always play their best football when up against it. I'm hoping though that they'll risk Gerrard, Torres and Johnson when they all shouldn't be playing. That would be a big help.

I will go for Liverpool 1 - 2 City with Bellamy and Lescott scoring for us and Dirk for them - he always seems to score against us :-(

Torres isn't likely to be playing (BBC preview), which is obviously a hell of a relief. Trying to predict this match is a nightmare, with our record of draws recently you'd think that could carry on, and it wouldn't be a terrible result, especially as Liverpool are in even more need of a win than us. This Premier League blog previewing Liverpool v Manchester City reckons that without Torres, a Liverpool win is unlikely. It also predicts a high scoring game though, and hopefully Bellamy can see to it that this is the case against his old club. I can see us nicking it.
