CTID11 - But did it actually occur to you that Robbie may be the 'villain', who constantly undermines things and, as RSC says, wont shut the fuck up about Barcelona? Even Barca are 50/50 about signing a player who has been 'unstable' wherever he goes (their words).

So if Cook, Hughes, RSC and every fucker else want him out it's because it's for the good of the club, to make the team better.

So that's good enough for me IF that is the case.

I'm not quite sure what point you're making because are you a fan of City, or of Robinho, protecting him from those nasty City conspirators?

Not at all. I get most of my info on this from the Spanish websites. Also Ollie Holt is not 'in the Hughes camp', and neither am I. I'm in the City camp.

It's actually impossible to reason with yourself and one or two others on here now. Every answer is HUGHES HUGHES HUGHES. You cant even analyse a player's situation or feelings without bringing it down to 'HUGHES OUT!!' It's as if we're fighting relegation.

Let me make it easy for you. Re-read every story on Robbie in the last fortnight, from the Barca press (which is accurate) and some of our own journos (not so), then pretend Guus Hiddinck is our current manager and we've never heard of Mark Hughes.

Then you may be able to appraise the situation intelligently about this player without saying 'HUGHES OUT' in answer to everything.

If I was a player, I'd strongly consider refusing to speak to the press at all - players have very little to gain and a heck of a lot of distortion/quoting out of context goes on. I know as fans we like to read this interviews, mostly because it gives us something to talk about between matches, but from a professional perspective, they serve very little constructive purpose.

I suggest you go over all your posts on this site; you have opinions on everyone and everything, usually all of them derogatory unless they include Mr Hughes.

The only interviews the players should be authorised to give is to comment on the game they have just played recently (such has MoTD comments, Sky Sports, ESPN etc), not in a newspaper on a weekday leading upto a game with stuff that is of no concern to them.

What business of Ireland's is it, if Elano gets all the plaudits and praise and he doesn't?, or if some players didn't put the effort and committment in that he did?....it has got fuck all to do with Ireland (or any other player, using him as he ran his mouth recently in a whinge about it), that is the MANAGERS job to sort out.

Same with RSC running his gob the other day, basically calling Khaldoon, Hughes, Cook and Robinho himself a liar, they all said he was happy and wants to be at City to win trophies and be part of something, RSC says the opposite, what has Robinho's future at City got to do with RSC?, fuck all thats what, again leave the manager to do his job and the player should concentrate on theirs.

RSC's agenda for this, I am not sure, but he should be fined, Elano was last season for running to the media asking for more games, RSC has just called Hughes a liar with his Robinho comments, that MUST be a fine, going over the managers head!.....Ireland's agenda again I am not sure what it was, but that little shitstirrer waited until the coast was clear of players he was going to slate before he shouted off his mouth, funny how he then turns around and says he will never join Ireland National side again, when Dunne had been called up....maybe a quiet word was asked for? ;).

All in all I am sick to death of hearing players harp on about business that has got nothing to do with their performance, playing time, goals/clean sheets, own future at the club, or own enjoyment at the club.....and definately brassed off with them arse kissing the manager every chance they get, as some seem intent on doing.......you don't hear that at other clubs, so why here?.

I take it by Barca press you mean "El Mundo Deportivo"?.

They weren't accurate last year when they stated that a deal had been "signed and sealed" with David Villa to join them in January 2009, Villa consequently is STILL at Valencia and never did join Barcelona, even after that deal was "signed and sealed" as they said.....them bastards lost me money also on that!. ;)

Robinho has said himself many times in the past that he is happy at City and intends on starting something at City, do you think he has started it after 12 months here?, no chance, he also said in June that he was happy he turned down Chelsea and has loved life at City, and looking forward to winning the league title for the first time in a long time with City, so far we haven't won it, so he still has that left to achieve, the press have not believed him at anytime when he has made these statements and continue to re-ash their pathetic "Robinho wants away" bollocks, in the hope that he gets fed up and does what Anelka did, thinks "oh enough of this".

I would much rather believe Robinho when he says what he said, than a hack with a grudge, hell even our own manager has stated he is not for sale and doesn't want to go.....do the press let up?....no, they have wanted him out ever since he joined us, because they cannot stomach the fact that City have and are able to purchase World Class superstars like him.

Nobody is bringing Hughes into this argument, but yet again his name it thrown into it, in a bid to cause a stir and shift the emphasis onto something that is not there anyway, but maybe Robinho has got fed up of keep saying the same stuff, why should he keep declaring his unloyal love for the club every two days when the press decide he is moving or wanting to move again, it becomes tiresome after a while, does anybody here tell their employers how much they love the job and workplace every day?.....no didn't think so.
