Honest question, who are the alternatives? It's obvious we are not after the best available plyer in the world so who are these alternatives?

Do we have to be signing the best players in the world everytime we make a move in the market??

It's worth considering that we might just be looking for a squad player not another marquee signing.Lets stop being spoilt not every signing we make is going to blow our minds.

He'll be making sure his passport and inoculations are in order.

My guess is that Bobby see's potential. It can't be a quota thing as AJ is English. Right now Bobby has tried to get through to AJ but believes he can't so he has been sold. The replacement is cheaper and will be on less wages so if the gamble doesn't work he will be a cheaper version of AJ. I don't think AJ was going to get much playing time, so even if Sinclair doesn't come good, we probably have a non-playing english winger around earning 45k rather than 90k per week. If he improves then its a bonus.

I think there are better players out there but perhaps not English ones & Bob clearly sees something.

When Hughes signed Bellamy, I was absolutely gutted. In the end, I was absolutely gutted when we sold him.

Perhaps this lad can have the same impact & fill that hole. We havent had a similar player since.

Welcome on board the glory train.

And they haven't missed a beat. In fact this is best I've seen Swansea play.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

At only 5 million, it's worth the risk. He certainly has potential and time on his side. And he definitely does give us a different option.

i also liked the way the fans gave the debutant a huge cheer just cause he touched the ball for the firs time. thats how to help breed confidence

I believe West Ham are the worst team the Premier League has seen for some years. Sorry walmai, but you really need to ditch the fat cunt and get a manager in.

You don't need to be english to complete the quota (thats against eu law) you need to have been trained in england for 4 years before a certain age

i.e.

Weiss filled a quota for the CL of being club home grown
AJ filled a quota for the CL & PL of being domestic home grown

Hence we are signing loads of talented youngsters from all around Europe. They will all be 'home grown' if they make it.

According to Ian Cheeseman's before the Wigan game, Swansea's assistant manager said it's effectively done, just needs to finalise the paperwork. I'd expect an announcement this weekend and a medical on Monday

Villa will give West Ham a run for the worst team this season.

Swansea did play well, they were moving the ball forward a bit quicker than last season.

I think the hammers have a chance to do a stoke and bully themselves enough wins to stay up.

Swansea are the exact opposite, here's hoping they keep playing good football and also stay up.
