From international football dont worry!! Isnt he a bit young to consider retiring. And even if he isnt getting in the team, He might as well keep on trying!

"My chance passed. I had my possibility and I couldn't take advantage of it. When the team needed goals I couldn't provide them," Tevez said.

Mmmmmm, is he going to become the next Darius Vassell ;-)

This sounds like he is considering retiring from football altogether.

Yeah i'm pretty sure thats how it works. Or if he terminates his contract and then signs for someone next year they have a tribunal decide a transfer fee. But until 2014, we own the rights to Tevez.

There is a few key points to pick out here.

"He would like to return to Boca Juniors, He wants to rest and spend time with his family, He is a bit tired of so much football!!, he is very keen to stop playing football because he is getting tired, He has already won a lot, He is sick of not getting picked in the starting lineup for argentina."

Bloody hell Tevez!! Man up!! He plays football once or twice a week and on top of that he has training to do. SLEEP IS FOR REST!! He is bloody 25 and is thinking about retiring already!!

We will see what happens when it comes to 2014!

The way the Argie press have been treating the team and Maradona over the qualifying campaign its no suprise they are thinking of quitting.
I think it might be a bit of brinkmanship being played by Carlos aswell.
Seems to me that if a lot of these footballers arnt made to feel the centre of the universe they throw the toys out of the pram.
I've a feeling he wants to be told how important he is to the Argies and how valuable he is to them.

I think the key phrase was 'if Argentina win the world cup'!

As if that's gonna happen with the fat cokehead in charge. He makes the late Alan Ball look a true football genius.

LOL.

An open letter to Carlos Tevez

Postby Tokyo Blue » Sat Nov 14, 2009 1:24 pm

Dear Sr. Tevez,
You are not getting into the Argentina team because you are playing shit.
Best wishes for an improvement in form.
Yours sincerely,

PS Please also try to show more positive body language on the pitch and at least make it look like you are enjoying yourself.

PPS TB's Handy Hint #64. Try looking around you to see where your team mates are and then giving them the ball if they are better placed than you. Lots of other players can do it, even shit ones like Michael Ricketts.
