Anyone know anything about him?

Saw maybe two Celtic games last season and paid attention to him mainly because of his squad number (thought it was odd but fantastic that Kenyan lad would pay homage for "Lisbon lions"). Seemed physically fantastic and commanding but it's still Scotland and I think he should stay there for at least another year.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Got this from a die hard Celtic fan I trust:

Big Victor is a great young player – Essien type midfielder but also comfortable at centre-half. Very strong, scores some quality goals. He’s a good talent and I’d be sorry to lose him. Very young and a bit raw yet but could be a 30m – 40m player in 5 or 6 years time if he does well at a bigger club.
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Word in Croatian tabloids is that Mancini was impressed with the Jelavic kid & is willing to sign him for £150k & then loan him out as he most likely wouldn't get a work permit.

Dzeko to Milan?

Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is a target for AC Milanfollowing the exit of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, according to his agent.

Ibrahimovic reached an agreement to join Paris St Germain on Tuesday and Milan are believed to be looking for a replacement.

Dzeko was behind Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli in the battle for a first-team place at City by the end of last season and Roberto Mancini has been linked with more signings.

The Premier League champions are monitoring the situation with Arsenal's Robin van Persie and Dzeko would appear to be a player they would allow to leave.

The 26-year-old Bosnia international's agent Sead Susic claims there is interest from Milan and it is a switch that his client would welcome.

"Edin would love to play in Serie A and with the Rossoneri," Susic told spaziomilan.it. "A move to AC Milan is more than possible.

"There have been discussions and they are continuing. Let's see what will happen in the coming days.

"After the departure of Ibrahimovic, Dzeko would be an ideal replacement and it would be a wonderful experience, but we are waiting to see what happens.

"Is there a 70 per cent chance that he ends up at Milan? Maybe."

Right i know it's only twitter but Franny Lee was asked outright if he thought City would make any signings this window and he said Yes!
I don't know how much connection Franny sitll has within the club but he obviously must hear some rumours.

Overnight reports say that the rags are favourites to land RVP. Source must be true, it's the Daily Mirror. You heard it 1st from me.

Chinners bollox will probably catch up later.
