So who knew Cookie was a top notch comedian eh?
But to be serious we are indeed blessed for Hughes is the messiah and the one who shall lead our blue bretheren into the promised land and upon its riches we shall feed mightily and repleat we shall sink to the ground and look up into the sky to see the annonited most holy who said let there be light...

You should just chillax. The results might not be what we all want but the football is still good to watch and we certainly entertain more than MH's B'burn could have ever dreamed of doing.
It's early days yet, don't judge on a match to match basis and have some patience whilst he attempts to gel the players.
If he does turn out to be crap, so we will get someone else in due course but give him a chance .... just like the owners are.
You've waited 30 years so far ..... what difference will another few make.
It will happen ..... eventually ..... it's innevitable ....... money always talks in the end.
I am going to ignore you Sir.lythamblue wrote:BobKowalski wrote:

That explains your feelings then ..... you are into religion!
That's why you believe in miracles and thus believe that MH should be able to turn water into wine ....... in just a few months.
Sorry to disillusion you ..... but it just doesn't happen mate, it never did.

Cook says Hughes has the mental strength of Sir Alex that will do for me, maybe one day we will be like U***d.
Wouldn’t that be great we could actually have a manager with the same qualities as Sir Alex at our club
What a comparison to make.
I just didn’t get it ffs

Are you suggesting that Hughes is only half as good as Satan himself?
That is heresy brother, heresy. For it is surely written in the Book of Jobsworthy that none shall question the King of Kings nor diminsh his achievements nor question his word.

Do you mean self flagellation ?Pretty Boy Lee wrote:The irony of apologising for winding people up on your biggest wind up yet is great.
Do you cut yourself after games by any chance?

The result of last nights match his not important but the performance might be, it was only a friendly to you and me but to H.R.H. he was looking at his team for the first time would he have been impressed. If you or i had bought a house for 150k and the roof leaked would anyone buy another house or repaire the roof the roof in this case is the manager. No doubt this is over the heads of the Hughes in brigade but i think the Sheik as plenty of time between now and this time next year because if Hughes takes them back next year and gives the same preformance he will be gone soon after, this might sound like a Hughes out post but it isn't Hughes as got to understand that the man who pays the bills will want a lot better then this load of dross that was served up for him last night.

I know it wasn't a hughes out post, as you repaired the roof, you didnt replace it. Well done your coming round to the realistic way of thinking. Just got to get your Dad on board now.
