Well Done Mark Hughes

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Well Done Mark Hughes

Postby CITYTILLIDIE11 » Thu Nov 12, 2009 6:02 pm

Well done Mark Hughes.

This clown never fails to amaze me, takes City to Abu Dubai to play in front off our owner and his boss, and then serves up a pile of shit right in front off him, I think he has just committed career suicide

He really can’t have long left after this embarrassment; this DEFEAT will have gone down like a lead balloon friendly or not.

No wonder the Sheik was sat there with a box of tissues, he wants to try watching this shit served up week in week out

Yeah yeah yeah was only a friendly blah blah blah.

I am not interested in what some of you think, at the end of the day the bloke who has financed this project to the tune of £200 000 000 plus was sat in the stands, tbh I am extremely grateful to Mark for embarrassing the Sheik, like I said you have the chance to impress your employer and paymaster and then serve up that.

Has made our owner a laughing stock.

Well done to Mark is what I say.

Sorry your right it was a friendly.

Fuck impressing the Sheik at the first time of asking, it was only a friendly.

Should imagine the Sheik will be chomping at the bit for his first home match at COMS.

Ireland & Zabaleta were the ONLY first team regulars to be playing tonight (Nedum & Benjani being the only other 'name players') we had the kids out ffs, don't get too upset over the result.

Are you fucking kidding me........ can you please try to explain what possible bearing this result will have on the rest of our season and Hughes' future?! I personally think this will have absolutely none, and do you know why? Because this was only a friendly match, which gave us a chance to play some kids, and some reserve players, and I would imagine the main focus on the trip was to promote the club in the region and was more than anything a PR excercise.

Please, I really would like to hear you resoning behind why "This Clown" is going to suffer as a result of this match.

I will try - by responding to 'this clown' you have extended his own view of 'self-worth' - a commodity that which must be based in a currency compared to Zimbabwe in its value compared to the rest of the world

There is no reasoning. There never is with these muppets. Just an anti-Hughes bias and general negative attitude towards almost every City performance, that got boring months ago. Now its just consistently irritating.

Are some of you real or what?

Hughes just embarrassed sheik Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in front of 30,000+,do you think he has bank rolled this project to see a B team turn up and get beat with him sat in the stands.

Honour is a big thing in the Arab World.

I am sure he will understand we only turn up and play at certain matches.

I know it's bad to feed the troll, but on this occasion I just couldn't believe that such a ridculous thing could have been written. I usually don't get involved with the usual childish reactions after anything other than a win as seems to be the case recently, but this time I had to respond!!!

What is it you're trying to do here exactly? Your sole purpose on this board is to start stupid anti-hughes threads at any given opportunity and its BORING AS FUCK at this stage. Look at the comments left in this thread. I'm not sure if you know anything about football, but if you do, why not talk about football for a change instead of this weird recruitment drive or whatever it is you're trying to achieve with this constant drivel.

Did you post after we beat Barcelona in the Nou Camp, calling for hughes' contract to be extended by ten years? No, of course you didn't, because it was a fucking friendly, just like this was. The Sheik wasn't embarrassed because the city kids lost one nil, have some fucking cop on man. It was an exhibition match, with no meaning and no consequence.

Mark Hughes is going nowhere for now. So just fucking get used to it and stop making our eyes bleed with this nonsense.
