Ade, Kolo and bridge should be fit enough but the main injury doubt is probebly Rsc!

Ireland had sickness and so was left out of the team for a couple of matches because he was not match fit but even now when he is match fit he is finding it difficult to get back into the team because of the new formationt that we are playing. Barry and De Jong have been playing as our 2 holidng midifielders and have been doing a good job. Ade scored in every game for the first few games but then got suspended and has been finding it hard to regain that scoring form but will hopefully find it again today!!
Swp has not been the best. He hasnt been taking on opposition players as we all know he can and he needs to start roasting them and cutting inside and supplying quality balls!! The defense has done ok but still needs gelling a bit i reckon but hopefully a nice clean sheet will do the trick today. petrov has been on fire all season but will probebly be on the bench today i reckon. Weiss needs more of a chance!!

Have i missed anything?

Have we got a standard line up or is it a case of whoever is fit?

I know Petrov hasn't been 100% fit, don't think he ever has been, shame as he is pure class. I need to get someone to send me the games out on cd or sumot!

cheers lewis

the lineup this season has been something like this-

Shay

Zabaleta/Richards kolo Lescott Bridge

Barry De Jong

Swp Bellers

Tevez Ade

The formation is something like that mate. Richards has had a bad couple of games and at the moment it looks like Zaba has took over his position and i think Zaba will be at Right back again today!
The thing is with the formation and lineup, When one key player is out e.g De jong or barry, Then hughes will have to change the formation around a bit since one of the key holding midfielders are out and he will change it around a bit. Maybe bring petrov in or something! Petrov has looked quite fit in the games he has played. And about bellamy out there on the left of midfield, he can be pretty effective but will get shuffled to upfront from time to time and will be told no doubt to push forward from the left of midfield and support Ade and tevez. When Robbie returns, The formation will have to be changed around a bit i think.

About the games. I will see what i can do. i download games and that init so i will have a look and see if i can put all the games so far onto one cd or 2.

Expecting a convincing win today, but I think a lot will depend on the first thirty minutes, Burnley will try to close us down all over the park and will work their socks off, if we can create and convert an opening within this time frame I think their heads will drop and it could be a goal fest. I have taken City to win at 3-0 4-0 and 5-0 and 3-1 with odds from 8/1 to 30/1 just think this could be the day it all goes right. Disappointed in the odds for Ade to score 2 or more goals at 11/4 as I think this could be a good bet but should be at least 4/1.
Hoping our new rollercoaster gives us the thrill of our lives.

Not necessarily a 4-3-3. SWP and Bellers could play wide as conventional wingers.

Basically the same formation as recently with Ireland in for De Jong

Well pleased with that starting line up. Well done Hughes!

Wouldn't have minded seing Petrov get the nod ahead of SWP, though.

That's cheating! Best not field that formation when you're coaching Lewis - it would be an early end to your career ;)

Just noticed that there's no Vinny K at all. Very disappointing. Thought he was good last week.
