In your view, is 'Arry (the dirty guilty Tax Dodging Del Boy of all Rogue Traders (I think)):
Guilty
Not Guilty
Guilty but gets away with it for being a Cheeky Chappie
I know which one I'd be voting.

I'd go for jailed but how could he build an England team from the Scrubs?

If he is found guilty, which I have my doubts about, he won't get away with it lightly, on the contrary being a public figure is going to count against him and he will get no leniency at all as an example. That said he is probs only due about 2 months for that amount of fraud.

He's such a loveable, personable, brilliant man-manager, he'll hone a rag-tag bunch of lags into the finest football team the country's ever seen, and conquer world football with em, 'honest guv.
Shortly after Harry and his new team leave the scrubs, the prison will go into administration, and go down the swanny.
None of this of course, will be his fault.

Guilty as charged me lord. Hang the fucker from Big Ben to put off any fucker from stealing those poor people at the bottom.
I wonder why his plane couldn't take off tonight, Scousers headed to London to rob the wheels or his last night of freedom on the town?

Hahahahahaha....How could I ever doubt a word of that?
BTW have you checked that site and what they have said about him and the insider dealings when he left Pompey for Saints....interesting.

just for some balance...tax evasion on a couple hundred grand isn't the most nefarious white collar crime ever...just sayin. There's loads worse.
of course, he should be made an example of, but...on the grander scale of criminal activity, i'm sure he's done way way worse than what he's being accused of in this trial. Allegedly.
cheers

I voted for non-custodial sentence: I don't think its of the order of magnitude that it will receive a jail term, nor do I think that it will be used to 'send out a warning' to his 'peers'

If that's the case, why bother? It must've cost a fair wedge to take this to court, probably 10 times the cost that he'd have paid tax on Rosie47.

It's got not guilty written all over it. Sadly, a green light to all the other dodgy dealers out there.
