you installed sopcast right?? once installed you run it and click a link and it starts the channel. Most wont go live till kickoff mate.

Dunno mate just bought a starview 5 so watching it for free using that no streaming needed :P. Just go through em mate a little before kickoff.

TVU is usually great quality. Sopcast can be, but can also be gash. TV Ants I hardly ever use, since it takes ages to load.
But it's a lot down to the people streaming and what equipment they use. Like Vhero says, you just have to try around until youi find something good.

A tip: Always find two streams for tow different softwares. THat way you have a back up if the one you're watching goes off line.
