Chelsea are a bunch of mongs, they are more likely to end up with 10 men than us.
If it is left to play we will be giving another one of our so called title rivals a footballing lesson.

Thought he did ok in the demolition derby, after constantly giving young free kicks. Didn't bottle the sending off or try and balance it out. Of course this means that he'll now send Kompany and Hart off against Chelsea.....

I am happy with that especially if Luiz is playing.

How many times must people be told, he's frickin' suspended ;-)
Not keen on Clattenburg though, has a tendency to do the unusual. Hopefully it's not against us - fingers crossed.
PS. If you're looking in Mark, we City fans think you're a top bloke and have better hair than Rooney. Love ya man!

Anybody's got better hair than the brillo pad that masquerades as Shrek's mop, even Alf Garnett.

Anytime pal. Should've been a red but a yellow against Newcastle took him to 5 and the same outcome.
Anyway, who couldn't love him?

He was really good when we played the rags, but can someone point two consecutives games with him in charge where he did great? Don't think so. Hope after the horrible ref at Scouse and QPR we won't have another episode now.

After sending Dedryk off last season, we had him twice. Next up was Blackpool who we beat 1-0 and then Villa who we beat 3-0.
This year, this will be the 3rd match he's ref'd us and all games being away from home. Fulham 2-2 and I don't have to mention the other.

With Fulham he was a mess, the way they scored and the way he directed the second half imho was terrible. With Blackpool we won with a penalty right? Wasen't the game on the first day of january?

I really don't think it matters anymore who is ref, with the exception of Atkinson, who clearly is so biased towards Scouse 1.
city play the kind of clean, quality football that is very difficult to find fault with. Sure offsides, throw-ins etc. But they don't warrant Yellow and Red cards do they ?
Kompany was clumsy at OT so he deserved the yellow.
If we keep playing good football, there should be no problems for us with refs, unless the ref has something against us.

It was New Years day and we did get a penalty, but Carlos missed it. AJ got the winner though. Should've been a bigger score but I think they'd eaten to much Turkey over Xmas.
