Id much rather have Liverpool over two legs than a one off game in the final.

Said that in the other thread, they can't beat us over two legs but the final...well who knows.

Then again playing Liverpool means two lot tougher games during a busy period which I'd like to avoid...

Pretty happy with that, although going to Anfield in the second leg might be tricky. We'll just have to hammer them in the first leg then.

I would like to play Liverpool so we can shut up the BBC scouse pricks and knock the Munich fuckers out in the final to inflict ultimate pain.
Hoo rah!
My sentiments exactly.

Play our strongest team in the semi just to make sure we get to the final. I think the scousers will play their strongest team over both legs which might be a bit much for our "2nd" string. Get through that and then let the boys who got us through the early rounds take over for the final, but strong bench of course just in case.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

And now fingers crossed for couple of easy FA Cup draws as the 3rd round match is Jan 7th and first CC semi is probably Jan 10th/11th.
2nd leg is Jan 25th and FA Cup 4th round is Jan 28th (all probable/possible dates)

Its a shame for the lads that have got us there, but to play the scouse over 2 legs we have to play our 1st team and get to the final.
